I am Saarth Desai. I was born in Pune, Maharashtra, India on the 28th, November 1993. 

As a toddler, my parents realized that I was more interested in playing toy drums than any other games. I would spend most of my time overturning all the utensils at home and beating on them with forks and spoons. It was only later after I was transferred to the Rewachand Bhojwani Academy in India (Pune), an amazing school, that I really began to enjoy learning. At this inclusive school, I had the most wonderful teachers who helped me overcome my shyness and I slowly began to gain enough confidence to talk freely in front of others. It was also here that I first explored my love for music through the extra-curricular activities that the school curriculum offered.

At my school, I got introduced to “tabla” an Indian musical instrument and it has been my passion ever since. I also consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to train under Ustaad Kauser Ali Shaikh, my music teacher from Benaras Gharana. I have been learning “tabla” under his guidance over the last 9 years. I have a degree in Professional Music which is concentrated in electronic music production and Performance major at Berklee College Of Music. A Bachelors Degree in Music from the United States of America. The film Unborn was my first Hollywood Project for background music. It also got nominated and won for the best actress category and best film category at uptown women's film festival of New York in Hollywood Industry in 2020.
